– Participating in the review of patient complaints,
– Analyzing identified irregularities in the implementation of patient rights and proposing corrective actions to the Director,
– Conducting training on patient rights for Medicus Clinic employees,
– Supervising standards for the protection of minors,
– Communicating with the Patient Ombudsman
