Correction of a stagnant perineal fracture 

Perineal rupture, resulting in tearing of the vaginal entrance, the posterior vaginal wall, but also, for example, damage to the pelvic floor, most often occurs during childbirth or heavy physical labour. If it has been incorrectly treated, it may be necessary to improve the defectively healed fracture. The correction of an obsolete perineal fracture involves reproducing the natural anatomical state of the area as accurately as possible.
