G-spot injection 

G-spot augmentation (G-spot enlargement) is a procedure that aims to improve sensation during sexual intercourse. During augmentation, injection of the G-spot takes place, after which the intensity of the pleasure experienced during intercourse is increased, with a consequent increase in libido. G-spot obturation is particularly recommended for female patients who have problems achieving orgasm and do not derive satisfaction from sexual intercourse.
